Maybe you try the official standard Android USB driver. I also had this issue (on another device) and installing other USB drivers solved the problem. The issue now is that you do not get the popup. This is because after activating USB-Debugging and connecting your phone to your PC, there should be a popup asking you if you want to trust this PC, which you have to agree (permanently). You can also type USB debugging in the search bar to go directly to the setting. Wait a few minutes for the changes to register on your device before you try accessing your work or school resources. Go to USB debugging and flip the switch to turn it off. Unauthorized means that your is not trusting your computer. To turn off USB debugging mode: Go to Settings.
